Probiotics can help to lose weight

Experts from the Canadian state of Quebec that certain groups of probiotics can help women get rid of excess weight.Earlier experiments and observations have shown that obese people are usually quite different gut flora, in contrast to people of normal weight.Canadian physicians from Laval University examined how the use of probiotics may have a positive influence on the weight of the human body.

The study involved 125 people, including women and men suffering from obesity.For all of them were made up dietetic diet, which should lead to weight loss.Three months of study participants adhered to this diet.Half of them are consumed daily 2 capsules with a probiotic, the remaining half took a placebo.

The results of the experiment are as follows: women who took probiotics, has lost 4.4 kg, while continuing to lose weight.In the second group of participants in the weight decreased by an average of 2.5 kg.For men, they tablets probiotics not worked properly.
