Very much I wanted to fish cutlets ... only gentle ... Sooo tender and not fatty, ideally - a couple, but the steamer I do not, so come up with something that happened in a very cool duhovochke!
• Carrots - 1 pc

• Semolina - 2 tbsp.l.
• Natural Yogurt - 2 tbsp.l.
Chop sliced carrots, cabbage leaf to release from solid midway.Boil in salted water for minutes 5.

Add the egg and spices (salt, pepper), semolina.
The resulting mixture was partitioned "cutlets" in the form of (pre-greased with margarine) and put bake for 15-20 minutes ....
