To make 6 servings liver cutlets we need:

  • 400-450 grams of beef or pork liver
    1-2 bulbs
    2-3 cloves garlic
    6-7 tablespoons semolina
    baking soda - at the tip of a knife
    salt- and pepper - to taste
    5-6 tablespoons of vegetable oil
