Blancmange

Ingredients:

  • 1000 ml of milk;
  • 200g of ordinary sugar;
  • 300 g of water;
  • 50 grams of gelatin;
  • 200g cream;
  • 1 tbspcocoa powder.


First you need to dissolve the gelatin for this 50 g pour 150 grams of cold water and leave for what would be the mass of swollen.Put the milk in a saucepan on the fire, what would it boil.

Meanwhile, mix cocoa with sugar, alternating injections of water that remained, hindering that would readily soluble.Then gradually add the boiled milk.When the liquid has cooled, you can add swollen gelatin, then bring to the boil a lot and immediately set aside.Blancmange need to drain, pour into the bowl and leave to cool, when it cools down it can be turned on and the plates before serving, decorate with whipped cream.
