Fried Mackerel

Many of us know and love the smoked mackerel, and here is how it is tasty to cook fresh know not many.To fry the delicious mackerel, we need:

  • 1.5 kg of fresh or frozen mackerel
  • 1 tbsp.spoon vegetable oil
  • 0,5 lemon
  • salt and parsley to taste
  • vegetable oil 1st.Spoon

cooking process:

fish is cut lengthwise, remove the innards, salt and leave for a while.Then wipe the fish with a paper towel to remove excess moisture and grease with vegetable oil.The pan is well warmed.Mackerel fry without oil alternately on both sides.The fish let itself fat.Serve the mackerel in a dish, decorate the top half rings of lemon and sprinkle with herbs.
