Pork tongue with butter and mushrooms
- 2 pork tongue
- 300 grams of mushrooms or oyster mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 150 grams of sour cream (20% fat)
- 50grams butter
- 1 teaspoon flour
- salt, ground black pepper to taste
- parsley, dill
before cooking pork tongue cleaner and wash, then add it to the pot and fill with water, add bay leaf and black pepper (peas).After languages boil, reduce the heat and continue to cook for 1.5 hours.When the tongue is cooked it should be dipped in cold water and immediately cleared of white skin.
After that, clean the mushrooms, washed in water and cut into large pieces.Onions cut into small pieces, fry in butter, add the mushrooms and simmer over low heat with the lid on for 15-20 minutes.Then sprinkle the mushrooms with flour, add the sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.Simmer, covered for 5 minutes, adding chopped languages and simmer for 10 minutes.The finished dish is decorated with greenery, parsley and dill.Bon Appetit!
