Spaghetti Bolognese

In a large pan pour some of olive oil and a good warm up.When the pan is hot enough to pour into it a head finely chopped onion and fry until yellow.To roast the onions we report two cloves chopped garlic, chopped celery stalk, and 50 grams of finely diced bacon.

All this good fry until a beautiful blush, not forgetting to mix thoroughly, it will take about 5 minutes.In a frying pan, with sauteed previously ingredients, pour 350 grams twisted in a meat grinder beef tenderloin.All this is a good fry when the content begins to acquire a brown color, add 400 grams of canned tomato section without skins, and two teaspoons of dried oregano and half a glass of red wine.

All this bring to a boil.Bates fire and simmer the sauce somewhere else for 45 minutes covered with a lid.Next, add two tablespoons of tomato paste, salt and pepper to taste.

While our sauce will stew, you can boil 350 grams of pasta in lightly salted water, keeping cooking recipe on the package.Drain the water by one of the slag.

Ready to lay out spaghetti serving bowl and carefully pour the delicious Bolognese sauce, mix well and garnish with parsley leaves.
