Stewed zucchini


- 1,5 kg zucchini
- 4 bell peppers
- 2 large tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 250 gr.Sour cream (fat content 15%)

1) Bell peppers Wash, remove seeds and cut into cubes.Preheat the frying pan and fry the peppers in her vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes.While roasted peppers, wash the zucchini, cut into cubes and add to the pan, stir.Cooking vegetables over high heat for another ten minutes.
